KidLinks and Kids These Days

Published by Sara Chigani on: Nov 04, 2020 — Autism, General MT Tools & Info, Social Skills & Feelings

These days kids are stressed. Really. There is a lot more stress than the generations before and certainly more stress than when I grew up. I grew up in a small town where everyone knew everybody. Millions of children and teens have anxiety disorders and with COVID-19, the security of their social lives has been upended. What can we do? As therapists, we know that a consistent schedule and/or family rituals and routine are especially important now. Make a date with your child or teenager and take a listen to one or two of our songs.

KidLinks creates music with positive, uplifting messages that we all can benefit from right now.
