Shine So Bright is a KidLinks favorite; Jim Newton wrote this theme song for Camp Star Trails, dedicated to children with cancer and blood disorders. Celebrating all of us and the sparkle we bring every day is a great way to show children how each child is unique and unforgettable. Children can make badges to celebrate each child or activities they are doing that they love; the possibilities are endless!

Supplies Needed

• Construction paper
• Scissors
• Markers
• Brown paper bag

Directions

1. Cut out shapes and have each child decorate their “badges”
2. Create a sash out of two brown paper bags glued together
3. Glue badges onto sash and have each child celebrate their individual outfit!
