KidLinks welcomes Emily Perry as our new Executive Director! Emily has been a Texan for most of her life and has spent the past four years in Dallas leading nonprofit initiatives that strengthen communities and create meaningful connections. She brings a wealth of experience from organizations including March of Dimes, Meals on Wheels, and the Arthritis Foundation, where she focused on community engagement, program growth, donor cultivation, and building partnerships that expand organizational impact.

Emily’s personal mission is to ensure that every member of the community feels connected and supported, and that when someone needs resources or guidance, they know where to turn. She believes deeply in the power of community to uplift children and families, and she has dedicated her career to creating opportunities where that support is tangible, accessible, and transformative.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys supporting the arts, exploring creative projects, and learning how to play chess - a hobby that inspires her to think strategically while enjoying the process. She brings creativity, energy, and optimism to both her personal and professional life.
